SUMMER IS hot and humid depending on where you reside. However, it is also bright and sunny and thanks to spring renewing and readjusting summer is that fresh breath before preparing for the end of the year and all the hustle and bustle it brings.
My hope is that you enjoyed the past 3 months of light food and sugary drinks, and fun activities that double as exercise i.e., like swimming and taking walks.
